1.2 From Users (Patients/Searchers)

• Usage Data: Search queries (e.g., “Psychologist in Brisbane”), filters used, and profiles viewed.
• Location Data: If you grant permission, we use your browser’s geolocation to show providers near you. This data is processed locally and not stored permanently on our servers.
• Device Data: IP address, browser type, and operating system for security and analytics.

• To Provide the Service: Displaying Provider profiles to Users based on search criteria.
• Verification: ensuring that all listed Providers hold valid professional registration.
• Communication: Sending transaction receipts, renewal notices, and platform updates to Providers.
• Improvement: Analyzing search trends (e.g., “High demand for Telehealth in Queensland”) to improve our platform features.
• Security: Monitoring for fraudulent activity or misuse of the directory.

• Public Visibility: As a directory service, Provider profile information is published openly on the internet.
